AutoCity LLC ("AutoCity", "we"), the publisher of the CARMA dealership operating platform, describes here how we handle personal information for dealerships and their customers.
Account information, dealership records, leads and conversations you import or generate, billing details, and technical telemetry from the product.
To operate the workspace, route leads, send messages on your behalf, generate operational reports, and improve the product.
We share data with subprocessors required to deliver the service (hosting, telephony, email). We do not sell personal information.
We retain workspace data for the life of your subscription and a 30-day export window after cancellation, then delete or anonymize.
Account owners can export, correct, or delete workspace data on request. Consumer rights requests are honored under CCPA, CPRA, and applicable state law.
