By creating a workspace or using CARMA (operated by AutoCity LLC) you agree to these terms.
Plans are billed monthly or annually per the order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Do not use CARMA to send unlawful messages, harass consumers, or violate TCPA / CAN-SPAM. You are responsible for the messages your workspace sends.
You own your workspace data. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum.
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.
Either party may terminate per the order form. On termination we provide an export window before deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoCity LLC's aggregate liability for CARMA is limited to the fees paid in the prior twelve months.
